The Prayer & Evangelical Fellowship of the Crusaders of Cross (PEFCOC) is a movement of missionary passion, ministering for Jesus Christ in the mountainous region of Himachal Pradesh, northern India. Pastor Priyanath Rufus, the founder of PEFCOC, has been providing spiritual guidance to the people of Himachal Pradesh since 1989 when the Lord led him to that region.
More ... About PEFCOC.
Objective
To fill the spiritually dark regions of the globe with light of the gospel. In order to send missionaries to north India "youth" is being targeted, the potential force of our race, for the Lord's army.
Where is Himachal Pradesh?
Himachal Pradesh is located in northern India, bordering China and just touching Pakistan. Being that the mighty Himalayas are just to the north and east, it is a predominantly mountainous region with altitudes ranging from 350 meters (1150 feet) to 6975 meters (22,936 feet) above mean sea level. It's climate is largely conditioned by the Himalayas. It varies from mild to very cold, with much of the area under snowy winters. The normal rainfall is 152 centimeters (60 inches). Idolatry entered India though this state, mostly through the advent of the Greeks. People are soft but reluctant to receive the gospel. The influence of some religious, fundamentalists organizations is largely obstructing this work.
